EFT or psychological acupressure  is an effective and enduring strategy to remove phobias, fears, anxiety, stress, depression, disappointment, resentment, past trauma, low self-esteem, and all kinds of  addictions.

EFT is known to improve fulfillment in all relationships. With others, your work, and your whole life.

It is also highly effective with chronic pain conditions.

After an intial session, you can easily replicate the benefits at home. This allows you to continue feeling great on your own, empowering your sense of personal power and independance.

If talk therapy has failed to release old resentment and hurts, EFT tapping bridges the gap.

Understanding why certain events have hurt you, does not release them from your body/mind.

It is not necessary to go through the pain of reliving painful events for EFT to help you attain emotional freedom and inner peace.
 
EFT also works on the anxiety we all feel today with simply doing and being our best in very challenging times.

Many of our obstacles come from subconscious layers of belief, and releasing this default program brings renewed energy, vitality, and an expanded capacity for joy.

How a Session is Set Up

If you are new to EFT, it is most beneficial to begin with a 90 minute or 2 hour session.
 
Although EFT is easy to do, our brains need time and repetition to anchor in new activities.

You will feel more confident with continuing on your own and reap all the benefits by investing in an sufficient amount of time.

Sessions are held in person in the Montreal area, or via  telephone.

My Fee is 80$ per hour, and there is a 10% discount for a series of Pre-paid sessions, minimum of 4, preferably to be used on a weekly basis.
